3 TBS Minced Fresh Ginger
1 TBS Cinnamon or 1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cups Local Honey
2 Cups Brandy (optional)
Bring to boil water, elderberries, cinnamon, and ginger. Turn heat down to low and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth and pour into a large jar. Add Honey & Brandy and stir well.
Take 1 to 2 TBS Daily as a tonic.
