Welcome to Sweet Harvest Homestead, a slice of paradise that has been 18 years in the making, nestled in the heart of Stanfield, North Carolina.

In 2005, we snagged some land, built a cozy abode, and raised our kids, who were schooled right here, from Kindergarten to College. They ran wild and free, soaking up all the joys of life on the homestead. Now that our little ones have flown the coop, it’s time to share our beloved haven with you! We offer homemaking classes and art classes, and you can even stay in the old homestead, which is now a vacation rental.

But wait, there’s more! A tale of mystery and intrigue surrounds the old farmhouse and a trunk stuffed with treasures belonging to a certain Mayell Sunshine. Keep your eyes peeled, as we’ll keep you in the loop with Mayell’s story during her supposed stay here in the 1930s.

Life is rich and wonderful, with so many new things to explore. Come and join me in this beautiful adventure! I cannot wait to learn more about you! And in case no one has told you today, you are special and loved.

Classes are held in Stanfield, NC, at our historic home built in 1915.
